At The well-being Club, our main focus is physical wellbeing. With a variety of activities led by our warm and welcoming professionals, allowing you to discover what you truly enjoy, with the inclusive option of creating you a wellbeing plan for you to take away and continue way beyond your wellbeing break with us.

We don’t want your wellbeing journey to just stop with us. You will also have the chance to opt into our accountability and wellbeing coaching with our in house personal trainer.

We don’t only provide a mini break. We also guide you through your first steps into discovering a brand new you and show you how to keep it going far beyond your visit.

Whether your long term goal is weight loss, flexibility, improving strength, toning your body. Our in-house personal trainer will design you a plan to get you there while introducing & educating you on flexible ways to consume sufficient and essential nutrition such as proteins, which will play a fundamental part in working towards your goal 

Sufficient macro nutrients is always one everybody struggles with on any wellbeing journey. 

We believe preparation is key to succeeding in any new lifestyle change. So we’ll also be educating you through meal preparation sources to give you the best chance of remaining on track during your journey.

Accommodation & facilities

Located in a beautiful farmer landscape and based in a super central location of England. Our wellbeing escape centre is filled with spectacular atmosphere, tweeting birds, rabbits and beautiful sunsets, we’re sure this one of a kind venue will leave a special place in your heart. 

Our Country barn is located as part of a small village called Fenny Drayton, inside the county of Warwickshire.

As you approach our elongated tree lined drive way, surrounded by beautiful and naturalistic greenery, pond and sometimes, on the other side of the fence, you’ll be welcomed by our local flock of friendly farmer sheep. You’ll instantly feel a sense of peace and calmness as you approach while gazing your new surroundings.  

Ahead, next to your parking space, you’ll notice our private barn fitness studio which is placed directly outside the residential section. Our studio has been constructed specifically for beginners to the intermediate, with a soft and welcoming decor so you certainly won’t get that ‘intimidated’ feel.

Our Yoga sessions will also be held here during warmer weather due to the beautiful landscape & semi outdoor setting as you gaze ahead to the picturesque view.  

You’ll then approach our residential country barn on the left hand side which has been converted to an exceptional living standard, bright and airy rooms lined with original oak beams across the barn giving it a joyous and relaxing aura.

Surrounding the front and rear of the barn is large acres of gorgeous farm fields and incredibly clear skies above you on (weather dependant)

The sunset from our summer house and front garden is truly mesmerising to say the least. You can enjoy a beautiful evening outdoors listening to the tweeting birds while watching the sunset from the garden patio or reclining sofas in our summer house. The scenery is truly breath-taking.

Our yoga sessions will also be held here in the summer house during the colder climate without compromise on the atmosphere & surrounding. 

The country barn has an incredibly generous amount of space, including a unique loft conversion bedroom led to by country spiral stairs with an overlooking view of the living area.

As you explore the build, you’ll also notice unique, artistic facial and body carvings across the oak lined wood. You’ll truly feel you’re residing in a specially carved architecture.

Our bedrooms are laid out with king and twin rooms and one being a well sized en-suite and the other including a large bath, separate shower, wc and a traditional bidet.

Our country barn sleeps 6 participants so your well-being escape will be very intimate while you get to know others and spend time with your peers.

Your in-house host will also reside in a separate section of the barn, so you’ll have someone in reach 24hrs incase of your specific needs.  

Enjoy complimentary daily nutritious juice drinks and well rounded high protein shakes freshly made.

I began my personal training career in summer 2017 due to falling in-love with the endorphins and confidence boost I felt every time I exercised. So I decided that my new found purpose was to help people feel the same way.

Since then, I've worked with plenty of clients' across Hampshire within 3 different training facilities, as well as my very own ladies fitness studio which I opened to provide a safe space for intimidated ladies to train in comfort.

Over the years, my experience with numerous clients' from all different walks of life. From complete beginners to advanced, has helped me connect and build rapport with a variety of personalties including introverts and extroverts.

 

Susie – Yoga teacher & Host

‘’I began my yoga journey 25 years ago when I practised for the first time at the start of my training as an educationalist.

I continued this journey exploring many different styles of yoga
alongside my educational training.

Yoga became my inner sanctuary and showed me the way to being my most authentic self aswell as discovering that this journey of self mastery is integral to first of all improving and healing my overall wellbeing.

It has taught me skills that help me to navigate through life with presence, grace and truth. It helps to nurture a mindful approach to every day and it has served me as a reliable source of strength.

The quiet whisperings of the spiritual side of yoga call me back over and over again. And it is these whisperings that also called me to combine my practice with my 21 years as an educationalist to train myself to teach yoga.
